Empowered Purpose Consulting was built from real-world leadership experience, not just theory.
For nearly a decade, I’ve experienced what it actually takes to build and lead an organization from the ground up. I’ve managed budgets, grants and reporting, developed programs, led teams, worked alongside boards, navigated change, made difficult decisions, celebrated wins, learned from mistakes, and figured things out when there wasn’t a clear roadmap.
I’m Kimberly, founder of Empowered Purpose Consulting, and that experience shapes how I work with organizations today.
